Thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the conformation of the Sanminiatese area,
Our Tuscan olive oil, virgin and extra virgin, takes a great flavor and is a good cooking oil that enhances any dish, a unique slice of bread.

The olives are harvested in November for the first pressing.

It's in this period we get the oil "novo" first pressing, with its unique taste, the slight pinch and deep green.
